Job Description

Responsible in ensuring the safeguards of the security guards with the various security standing orders also pertaining to the premises during their shift timings A security supervisor also ensures the safety and security of the individual and valuable materials.

Responsibilities

. Manage the site based operational team responsible for delivering the operational components of client contract; this includes but it not limited to mobilization, demobilsation, rostering changes, shift deployments, staff uniforms, employee documentation, staff training, staff welfare, absenteeism and attrition, staff briefings/Induction/Tool Box Talks/Safety.

. Support the service delivery in line with the client (SLA) service level agreement/contact key performance indicators.

We are looking for an experienced CCTV Operators to join our outstanding team of security professionals based in Dubai, UAE. This is an entry level position within Security Services team. In this role you will be responsible for the day-to-day security duties and CCTV monitoring in Hotel. The individual will work as part of a 24/7 team providing security advice to clients and supporting client situational awareness by scanning, reporting and escalating developing security issues.

The selected candidates are mainly responsible for operating and maintaining surveillance equipment, watching both live and recorded video surveillance footage, reporting incidents or suspicious behavior and contacting the authorities when necessary.

Responsibilities

. Constantly monitoring the live pictures that come in from the surveillance cameras.

. Optimizing the angle of the cameras to focus on critical areas and avoid blind spot.

. Monitoring anyone acting suspiciously, and alerting higher authority in the event of misbehavior, vandalism or any other crime.

. Keeping a log of all incidents for reporting purpose.

. Deliver critical components of the 24-hour operation -monitoring client risk and advising on safety and security.
